Passol’s new mobile application aims to streamline commercial operations. Designed for both salespeople and customers, the app simplifies invoice management, reducing processing time. By integrating the company’s new design system, we’ve created a user-friendly experience that enhances overall performance.

Case: Passol App

Mobile application designed for the commercial area of the paint company Passol.

OBJECTIVE

To improve the performance of the commercial area through a user-friendly mobile application, designed for use by both salespeople and customers, that would simplify the management and process of invoices, which took a considerable amount of time. Along with this, integrate the new design system created for the company.

METHOD

Through an exhaustive research process, valuable information was gathered to structure the application’s content, deeply understanding the different user profiles, commercial challenges, and sales contexts, positively impacting the design, interaction, and usability of the application. For this case, a rich content map was built, hierarchized, and approved by the company. Throughout the development, wireframes, design system, sub-brand, iconography, prototypes, and the final design of the application were generated, to finally be programmed and released for use.

RESULTS

Thanks to the application, we managed to reduce the steps involved in generating invoices, through a user-friendly application, consistent in its communication and usability, which not only helped the sales team to make their work more efficient but also allowed for improved customer engagement, projecting a renewed, technological, and friendly brand. Inspired by professionalism and the trusting relationship with each of its clients.

When companies open their doors and allow us to delve deeply to navigate through their processes, that’s when we manage to discover opportunities for improvement and innovate in service.
